This section looks at building a daily ritual to bring about positive change in your life. The following 4 suggested tools are explored; Present Mindedness, Gratitude Journaling, Vision Boarding and Affirmations.

It is suggested that you incorporate all 4 into your daily practice, perhaps taking just 15 minutes in the morning or during a time in the day you can allocate some quiet time. Even three 5 minute breaks in the day will work wonders. Everyone can spare this time if they want to.

I can speak from personal experience when I say this is life changing!

I have suggested some apps that can assist with all of these but they can also be done manually if you prefer. The big thing is to DO them.
