I would suggest downloading the below Life Purpose Template and really spending time fleshing it out. This is such a critical area of our lives and most people have spent little to no time thinking about it.

Put this completed template somewhere where you see it every day and make it a work in progress. It is no use doing the exercise and then just filing it away to gather dust. Change only happens with effort.
